Tinicum Township Swim Club no longer distributes paper invoices. All members should have received a User ID and password via email to access the Membership Portal. If you have not received your login credentials, please submit your name and email address using the form at the bottom of this page. Your User ID and password will be provided within 24 hours of submission.
All members are required to access the Membership Portal using their assigned login credentials. Please do not create a new account. If you have forgotten your password, select the “Forgot Password” option on the portal login page and enter your email address to receive a reset link. If you have forgotten your User ID, please email info@tinicumtownshipswimclub.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Bond Redemption
When you and your family are ready to redeem (sell) your bond, please follow the instructions below:
Bond Redemption Process
Please sign and date the back of your bond certificate and mail it to the address listed below.
Important Deadline: April 1 is the annual deadline for bond redemption. Any submission postmarked after April 1 will result in the full seasonal maintenance fee being charged, and the bond will be placed in the queue for redemption after the season.
If you are unable to locate your bond certificate, please complete the online Indemnity Form in lieu of the original document.
Note: Members who joined after 2016 are no longer issued paper bond certificates.
Annual Maintenance Fee
The annual maintenance fee, as listed on your invoice, is required each year regardless of membership status. This fee supports the upkeep of the pool and facilities, helping to preserve bond value. Any outstanding maintenance fees will be deducted from the bond’s redemption value.
Redemption Timeline
Once your signed bond or indemnity form is received, your name will be added to the seller’s list. Bonds are processed in the order received, with sales typically occurring from early spring through mid-June. Please note that the full redemption process may take up to two years from the date your bond is submitted.
Payment Details
Redemption checks will be issued to the individual(s) named on the bond. Any exceptions require appropriate documentation.
Example: If a bond is held jointly (e.g., by a divorced couple) and one party requests sole payment, both individuals must:
Sign a written authorization
Provide a notarized statement approving payment to one party
Holding Period & Redemption Value
Bonds must be held for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of full payment to be redeemed at full value (less any outstanding fees).
To avoid the seasonal maintenance fee, redemption requests must be received by April 1 of the current season or by the bond’s original purchase date (month/day).
Early Redemption Penalties:
Less than 2 years: forfeiture of 2/3 of bond value
Between 2–3 years: forfeiture of 1/3 of bond value
Alternative Option: “Swim Off”
As an alternative to selling, bondholders may choose to apply the value of their bond toward a final season of membership dues (“swim off”).
